Cinnamon Coconut Almond Raw Balls

Servings 10 Balls


  • 1/2 Cup Raw Almonds
  • 10 Medjool Dates (pitted)
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp Big Spoon Roasters Almond Coconut Butter
  • 4 Tbsp Finely Shredded Coconut (for dusting)


  1. In a food processor pulse the almond down until finely chopped. 

    2. Add the pitted medjool dates, cinnamon, and almond butter. 

    3. Pulse until a dough like consistency forms. 

    4. Roll into 10 balls and roll in coconut to coat.

    5. Allow to set in the fridge for at least one hour and enjoy!
