In a small pot over a low heat slowly melt the chocolate down- stirring constantly so it doesn't burn.
2. Add the sea salt in once melted and mix.
3. Throw the chopped almonds in and continue to mix until everything is well combined.
4. On a lined baking tray add about one tablespoon worth of the mixture and add an almond and extra sea salt to top (optional). Makes about 6-8.
5. Allow to set in the freezer for an hour or until hard, remove from the freezer and enjoy.
