Pumpkin Spice Latte

  • 2 Heaping Tbsp Pumpkin Puree
  • 2 tsp Pumpkin Spice
  • 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup (or natural sweetener of choice)
  • 1 Tbsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/2 Cups Almond Milk
  • 1 Shot Espresso (Optional)


  1.  In a saucepan over low heat stir the pumpkin for 1-2 minutes until slightly bubbling. 

    2. Stir in the pumpkin spice, maple syrup, vanilla, and stir for another minute. 

    3. Add in the almond milk and espresso (if using)- whisk until frothy and slightly bubbling. 

    4. Serve in a mug and enjoy!
