Pumpkin season isn’t quiet over yet, especially for my American friends who are going to enjoy their Thanksgiving feasts this month! I posted the recipe of my healthy pumpkin spice latte on my Instagram stories this week, and everyone wanted me to show them how to make it! After doing my little tutorial, I thought why not write up a blog post because I know that with content coming at you everyday from social media it’s hard to keep track of everything. I think my PSL is a recipe you’re going to want to keep in your back pocket.
Most PSLs well let’s get real all PSLs that you get from coffee shops are always loaded with sugar and preservatives, and if I am being completely honest I don’t even enjoy the taste of them because they are way too sweet! My recipe is full of warming spices and sweet pumpkin that’s perfect to wrap your hands around these cold autumnal months.
My food philosophy is about eating to feel good and still enjoying treats but in a much healthier way that’s going to make you want to eat healthy and not something that you dread. If you want anything to be healthy it needs to be sustainable and should never be about deprivation!
So let’s fuel that body with the food that it and your mind wants, and enjoy those autumnal treats in a healthier way!
Happy Sunday, everyone. I hope you have an amazing week!
