Autumnal Bliss Balls

October isn’t over yet, so that means I am stilling whipping up autumn inspired recipes! I love all things cinnamon and spice so I really cannot complain about all the fall inspired treats I have lying around my kitchen… I make these guys throughout the week to have as a snack in my fridge and they give me tons of energy to power through my busy month of studying. Even when I am sitting down at my table ploughing through a heap load of work I definitely want something sweet to snack on, but these bliss balls are a lot healthier than the mini chocolate bars that are so widely available this time of the year! Additionally if your allergic to nuts these guys contain only pumpkin seeds, and you can always add oats in to bind the dates together!

Autumnal Bliss Balls

  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin Seeds
  • 16 Medjool Dates Pitted
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Allspice
  • 1/8 tsp Ginger


  1. 1. In a food processor add the pumpkin seeds and pulse until course. 

    2. Add the pitted medjool dates and pulse until they come together to form a sticky mixture. 

    3. Add the spices in and pulse until they are throughly combined. 

    4. Roll into 10 balls. 

    5. Allow them to set in the fridge for 10 minutes before serving.
